Meet Jess, the energetic force behind Reset HQ! As Director and CEO of the HQ, Jess is all about spreading joy and laughter while helping athletes recover and perform at their peak. With a decade of football experience, an Irish background, and a love for cute pups Jess brings warmth and inclusivity to her space. Beyond sports, she's a skilled Remedial Therapist offering accessible recovery solutions. Come hang out at Reset HQ and experience the passion firsthand!
Dani has over 10 years of experience working as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and has been fortunate enough to experience life in different cultures and cities over this time. She is deeply passionate about the necessity of movement and exercise for everyone, and believes recovery, Remedial Massage and associated modalities are imperative if we want to live and move to the fullest. Her Remedial sessions have a functional approach and focus on deep tissue, trigger pointing and dry needling.
When she isn’t teaching or massaging, Dani DJs all forms of house at bars and clubs around Perth, and stays active with running, hiking, Lagree fitness and strength training.

Luke brings a wealth of experience and passion for sport and recovery to the HQ team. With a Bachelor of Sports Science (major) and Sports Management (minor), along with his Sports Trainer certification and Cert IV in Massage Therapy, he has a strong background in helping people move and perform at their best.
A keen runner, Luke has completed multiple marathons including the iconic Berlin Marathon, where he ran an impressive 3:00:55 PB. His love for endurance sport grew even further while living in Italy, where trail running in the mountains became a passion and led him to compete in events such as the Lavaredo Ultra Trail (80km) in the Dolomites.
Luke’s knowledge, experience, and love of sport make him a fantastic addition to the team, and we’re excited to have him around HQ helping our community recover and perform better. 💪
